First of all before get started quit making major changes to Habbo Hotel mechanics, this only defeats the purpose of attracting new players, if you constantly make major changes people get disgruntled and leave. Ok that being said here are the ideas:
Come out with a "revamp" if you will of the game, Rather than come out with an expansion at all this year, this is what would take place in this "expansion/revamp":Revist all old zones, revamp quest lines, loot tables, and bring all the current adventuring areas up to par with progression to our current end game (habbohotel coins).
Revert back to the PVP system that was around befor eyou started screwing with it IE prior to pvp writs, do not feel you need to remove PVP gear per say but make it obtainable in another way. Tokens are fine but a body drop would be better than a writ or warfields or even BGs. Perhaps specialized missions as a prerequesite to even qualify for purchasing pvp items such as Group Recon missions that chose random zones IE Kylong Plains Recon, or Loping Plains Recon or whatever.
