Here's another chance to bring home the gold!
I have never really understood how or why curling is an Olympic sport. I mean, the concept of sliding a stone across the ice and brushing its path with a broom seems... well, I just don't get it! But I thought I'd give it a chance and watched it the last few days and you know what? It's rather enjoyable! All the yelling and accuracy and skill needed is pretty incredible.
I was so inspired by the curling matches that today (February 23rd) at 4pm to 5pm PT (7-8pm ET) we're gonna do some Habbo-style curling of our own! Here’s how it works: the room will be opened and filled then locked again. When the Ice Block is removed you must run to the teleporters and into the next room. If you want to earn a point and Gold Medal sticker you must be sitting in one of the three pod chairs. The three who manage to sit will earn a point for their team and a habbo credits Medal sticker.
Don't forget to wear your team colors and have your team name in your motto. We want to make sure the proper team is awarded points if you win!
